Can we try it first?
Yes, 14 days free and without payment details. It includes five apprentice seats with the full feature set. The trial ends by itself — no subscription is created that would need cancelling.
How long does setup take?

Does our IT department have to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser. Your IT does not have to roll anything out, approve it or maintain it.
