Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (§ 36 VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). The EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was shut down on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 of 19 December 2024); a corresponding reference and link are therefore no longer required.
Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 DDG under general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such legal infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. Permanent content monitoring of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Mobile app "Techlogia App"
In addition to the techlogia.de website, we offer a free mobile companion app ("Techlogia App") for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store). The provider and editorially responsible party for the app is the same entity named above (Jaciel Antonio Acea Ruiz, Prinzenallee 38, 13359 Berlin, Germany). The app is not a standalone product but a consumer of the public API exposed at techlogia.de/api (FastAPI backend in EU data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH).
For distribution of the app via the respective app stores, the terms of use and privacy policies of the platform operators Apple Inc. (App Store) and Google LLC (Google Play) additionally apply. Details on data processing within the app are set out in our privacy policy.

"Lab" learning platform
Via techlogia.de/lab we additionally offer a free learning platform for IT security and system hardening topics. The short-lived virtual machines required for Lab exercises are operated at Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in EU data centers (Data Processing Agreement in place).
