Techlogia — AI and Web Development Berlin

AI automation for small and medium businesses in Berlin.

Artificial intelligence pays off not because it is new, but because it removes work someone does by hand today. We build exactly those solutions — connected to your existing systems, running on servers in Germany, with no lock-in to a single vendor.

A sole proprietorship in Berlin-Wedding. You talk to the person who builds it.

Based in Berlin, not merely listed there

Techlogia is located at Prinzenallee 38 in 13359 Berlin-Wedding. Meetings can be held on site or by video. For the initial walkthrough of your processes, meeting in person is usually faster — after that, video is enough.

Who we work with

Focused on Berlin and Brandenburg, and beyond that across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Three places where AI genuinely carries its weight in an SME

Not a model that does everything a little. Three patterns that have proven themselves in companies with a modest IT department.

01

Answers from your own documents

An assistant that answers customer and internal questions from your knowledge base — manuals, price lists, contracts. Using RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), every answer comes from a specific document and carries a reference to it. Not from a model's training state that nobody can verify.

02

Reading documents instead of retyping them

Invoices, delivery notes, forms and emails are classified, summarised and turned into structured fields automatically. Paper and PDFs become data your systems can work with. The machine proposes, a person confirms — not the other way round.

03

AI where the work actually happens

Connected to your CRM, ticket system or bookkeeping through their APIs. No second interface nobody opens, and no isolated island that nobody maintains six months later.

Fixed prices for the building blocks your project consists of

AI projects are made of parts that can be priced individually. Those building blocks carry fixed prices in the service catalogue — the full list, including what is explicitly not included, is there.

Net, plus VAT. What your project costs in total depends on its scope — the project configurator works it out step by step and produces a requirements document as a PDF that you can use even without us.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Map the process

We look at which work is done by hand today, and how often. Without that number there is no way to say whether automation pays off — and sometimes the honest answer is that it does not.

  2. 02

    Define the smallest useful slice

One clearly bounded use case instead of a platform for everything. What it has to do, and how we will measure whether it does, is written down beforehand.

  3. 03

    Build and connect

Built from open components and connected to your existing systems through their APIs. You get code, documentation and operating instructions — not just an account.

  4. 04

Put it into operation and watch it

Logging and metrics from day one, so it stays visible whether the system does what it should. We can run it for you — or your team can, with the instructions to do so.

We show what we built ourselves

We do not list client logos that prove nothing. Instead our own systems run in public — you can open them, read the code and judge for yourself whether that fits your project.

The first two numbers come straight from live operation, not from a brochure.

You speak directly to the developer

Techlogia is a sole proprietorship. There is no sales layer between you and the implementation — whoever holds the conversation also writes the code.

Frequently asked

Questions we get asked a lot

Do you also work on site in Berlin?

Yes. Techlogia is based at Prinzenallee 38 in 13359 Berlin-Wedding. Meetings can be held on site or by video, whichever suits your project better. Ongoing collaboration usually works well by video; for the initial walkthrough of your processes, meeting in person is often faster.

Does our data stay in Germany?

Our own platform and Lab run on Hetzner servers in Falkenstein and Nuremberg — no US cloud provider, no third-country transfer. For your project you have the choice: a local model on your own hardware, or operation in a German cloud. If we use an external AI provider, we do so only by explicit agreement with you.

What does an AI project cost?

The building blocks that AI projects consist of are listed with fixed prices in the service catalogue at /preise — from the API backend to containerised data processing. How your project adds up from those is calculated by the project configurator, which produces a requirements document as a PDF that you can use even without us.

Will we depend on you afterwards?

No, and that is deliberate. We build on open components without vendor lock-in and hand over code, documentation and operating instructions. Our own products are public on GitHub under MIT and CC-BY licences — you can inspect how we work before hiring us.

How does the AI know anything about our company?

From your own documents. We build assistants using RAG (retrieval-augmented generation): answers come from your knowledge base and carry a reference to the source, rather than from a model's training state that nobody can verify.

We are not a technology company. Is that a problem?

No. AI belongs where the work already happens — in the CRM, the ticket system, the bookkeeping. We connect it to your existing systems instead of putting a second, isolated island next to them that nobody maintains.

Have a project?

Let's bring your idea to life together. We're happy to advise you with no obligation.
