Most outages are quiet. A backup that has been running empty for months, a certificate about to expire, a service that doesn't come back after a reboot — you notice these when they hurt. That is exactly what I build against: monitoring that reports, and restore paths that were walked through beforehand.
Running software means running the machines underneath it. I set servers up, harden them, monitor them, and make sure a restore isn't rehearsed for the first time on the day it's needed.

Yes. It starts with an inventory: what runs, what is reachable, what is backed up and what isn't. You get the result in writing — even if you don't continue with me afterwards.
It depends on the number of systems and the response time you need. Small environments have fixed monthly packages; anything larger gets a quote after the inventory. Price ranges are on the pricing page.
In Berlin and the surrounding area, yes — planning, structured cabling and the wall openings required. Work on 230-volt installations is explicitly not included; that is for a qualified electrical contractor.
