Every release comes with a log: what changed, which checks ran and what the way back looks like. Database changes are rolled back once in the test environment before they go live – so the way back has been rehearsed before it is needed

How we work on it
Infrastructure as code
Servers, networks and services are described with OpenTofu and Docker Compose and versioned in Git. An environment can be rebuilt reproducibly instead of being clicked together from memory.
Monitoring with alerts on two channels
Prometheus and Grafana for metrics, structured logs in Loki, alerts by email and Telegram – so monitoring speaks up before your customers call. Whether the alert path works is tested regularly.
Germany by default
Hosted at Hetzner in Nuremberg or Falkenstein: German contractual partners, no data transfers to third countries. If you have your own infrastructure, everything runs there as well.
