What clients usually ask
Why no Safari?+
Safari extensions use a completely different system (App Extension via Xcode), is its own package (1490 EUR add-on).
How fast is the extension approved in the store?+
Chrome Web Store: 1-3 days. Firefox AMO: often within hours. Edge Add-ons: 1-7 days.
What if the store rejects the extension?+
We help with adjustments — mostly permissions issues. Escalation: hourly rate.
Can I distribute the extension outside the store?+
Yes, self-hosted is possible (user installs directly from your website). Self-hosted is more complex on Chrome.
Updates — how does it work?+
Stores auto-update in background once you upload a new version. Users don't notice.
What if Manifest V3 is extended (V4 etc.)?+
We migrate as needed — hourly rate or small flat fee. V3 has frequent updates, very stable.
