What is LiedAtlas?
LiedAtlas is a monitoring tool that continuously scans public posts on the major social media platforms for your music works. When a match shows up — a TikTok sound, Instagram reel, YouTube video or X post — it's captured along with all technical metadata and written into a tamper-proof evidence archive.
Each match is sealed with a hash chain and a qualified timestamp, so the documentation meets the requirements for electronic evidence under §371a ZPO (German Code of Civil Procedure). You can find infringements and prove them in court — without having to build internal evidence-handling expertise yourself.

Register your work
You provide us with your works — as audio file, GEMA work number or ISRC. We create an audio fingerprint for cross-platform search.
Automatic monitoring
LiedAtlas continuously scans public posts across the major platforms. Matches are written directly into your evidence archive with all metadata.

At the push of a button you get a PDF dossier with all findings including §371a ZPO-compliant evidence chain — ready to hand to your lawyer or the court.
Legal foundations
LiedAtlas is designed from the start for legal usability of the captured data. We strictly follow German and European requirements for electronic evidence.
§371a ZPO – Electronic evidence
Every match is hash-chain signed and qualified-timestamped. The document then qualifies as a private deed under §371a ZPO — the burden of proof for forgery shifts to the opposing party.
eIDAS – Qualified timestamps
We exclusively use qualified trust service providers from the EU list, so the timestamps are recognized EU-wide.
GDPR-compliant data handling
Processing exclusively in German data centers. Personal data of platform users is reduced to the minimum necessary and deleted after case evaluation.

Answers to the most important questions about LiedAtlas
Cross-platform search uses API quotas we have to allocate depending on the use case. Plus, §371a ZPO-compliant evidence is only meaningful when it's clear who the rights holder or their representative is. That's why there's a short intake check instead of self-service signup.
Currently TikTok, Instagram (Reels and posts), YouTube (Shorts and videos) and X. Additional platforms can be added on request if the platform offers a public API or documented crawling.
Pricing depends on work scope and monitoring frequency. After your request we quote a fixed monthly or annual price — no hidden per-match fees.
Content ID works only inside YouTube and is bound to platform logic. LiedAtlas detects across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and delivers court-grade evidence documents under German law — not just claims inside the YouTube system.
We deliberately don't offer an automatic take-down function: an unfounded notice can target the wrong party and trigger damages claims. Instead we hand you the evidence dossier you (or your lawyer) can submit to the platform.
